Love this dress, the photos don't do it justice, it's cute and flattering!
Love this dress and it's unusual frills. The faux leather trim combined with the layers of mesh make for a super swooshy dress. It's a really flattering shape on me.
Necessary Evil has to be my favourite clothing brand. I have faith that all their pieces are fantastic Gothic staples, which never fail to make me look amazing.
So I thought I'd try this dress as a more formal take on my usual lovely dark style that Necessary Evil provides. It's a tad disappointing.
Fits well to size as all their clothes, but this I found distinctly unflattering. The top ruffle just sticks out awkwardly, the leatherette trim is just too stiff to give it any sort of nice shape. The lower portions similarly just sort of sit there in their deformed little waves and inhibit the dress from flowing nicely when you give a twirl.
It's sad to see Necessary Evil push out a disappointing dress when all their other clothes are on point.
Perhaps frills are your thing, in which case this will be right up your street, but it's not for me.
